Delivery\nfor items in stock listed as available for immediate delivery, will normally be initiated within two\n(2) business days upon receiving payment. In extraordinary cases with circumstances outside of\nTownbright\u2019s control such as, but not limited to, delays from our transportation delays and so\nforth, Townbright reserves the right to initiate the delivery within 10 days of the placed order. In\nthe unlikely event that the items are damaged or missing in transit from its suppliers, Townbright\nreserves the right of further delay of the delivery.\n<\/p>\n<p>For orders that are shipped; in the unlikely event that a parcel has not reached the Customer\nwithin 21 days from the time the Customer received the e-mail notification of the order being\nsent, the Customer must contact Townbright, which will conduct an investigation of the\nshipment.<\/p>\n<p>If the Customer&#8217;s package is damaged or opened upon delivery, the Customer must notify the\ncourier\/post office immediately and make a note of the damages on the delivery receipt before\ncontacting Townbright.\n<\/p>\n<p>If the Customer orders several items with different delivery times, the items may be delivered at\nthe time when all items are available for delivery.\n<\/p>\n<p>In the case where a shipment for a pre-paid order is returned to Townbright, Townbright keeps\nthe parcel for three (3) months during which time the Customer can make claim for the parcel.\nTownbright will debit a fee of S$60 plus shipping costs to resend the parcel. Any\naction by either party which does not comply with Singaporean laws shall be deemed void.\n<\/p>\n<p>Any dispute arising out of, or in connection with this Agreement, shall primarily be subject to\nmediation between the parties and if not resolved be referred to and resolved by arbitration in\nSingapore in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Singapore International Arbitration\nCentre. The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator and the arbitration shall be held in the\nlanguage of English.\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"wd-negative-gap elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-e4eefcd elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default wd-section-disabled\" data-id=\"e4eefcd\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-d89aa44\" data-id=\"d89aa44\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef198fa elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_title\" data-id=\"ef198fa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_title.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-wrapper set-mb-s reset-last-child wd-title-color-default wd-title-style-default wd-title-size-small text-left\">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"liner-continer\">\n\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"woodmart-title-container title wd-fontsize-m\"><u>6.<\/u> Transactions<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac6ff73 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ac6ff73\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Townbright cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in the case the Customer has acted negligently in regard to the security of the Customer\u2019s account generally, or password or PIN code specifically.<\/p>\n\n<p>Townbright will not be liable for any loss resulting from, but not limiting to, inaccuracies in bank\ndetails, or other incorrect Customer details supplied by the Customer. Townbright shall not be\nliable for any damages or losses, including direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, which the user may incur due to the use or termination of the website, or due to the fault or\nnegligence of any entity furnishing any facilities, equipment or services used in connection with\nthe website, or due to the failure or delays in transmission, malfunction of equipment,\nbreakdown or failure of any telecommunications systems, software or hardware provided by any\nentity used to operate the website, or due to any other cause beyond the reasonable control or\nanticipation of Townbright.\n<\/p>\n<p>If it is determined that Townbright is held liable to the Customer with regard to any transaction\nconsistent to this Agreement, Townbright\u2019s liability to the Customer in relation or due to any\ntransaction shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer in such transaction. Townbright will not divulge any\nCustomer information relating to this Agreement or otherwise to any third party unless forced to\ndo so under Singapore law. Townbright may however disclose Customer information to its\nemployees, agents and contractors for them to fulfill the obligations and requirements as\nstipulated in this Agreement.\n<\/p>\n<p>Townbright respects the privacy of its Customers. Townbright&#8217;s practices concerning the\ncollection, storage, processing, analysis, transfer, and\/or use of the Customer&#8217;s personal\ninformation reflect Townbright&#8217;s commitment and integrity in providing efficient and reliable\nservices.
