Confidentiality and Privacy
Townbright protects the confidentiality of its Customers. Townbright will not divulge any Customer information relating to this Agreement or otherwise to any third party unless forced to do so under Singapore law. Townbright may however disclose Customer Information to its employees, agents, and contractors for them to fulfill the obligations and requirements as stipulated in this Agreement.
Townbright respects the privacy of its Customers. Townbright’s practices concerning the collection, storage, processing, analysis, transfer, and/or use of the Customer’s personal information reflect Townbright’s commitment and integrity in providing efficient and reliable services. The Customer information that is gathered by Townbright is used for customer service purposes only.
