Terms and Conditions ( Shipping, Refund, Return, etc )
1. Legal Entity
Townbright Pte. Ltd. uses the names of “Townbright”, “Townbright” on the website Townbright.sg. These names refer to the company Townbright Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore with company registration number 202100242N.

4. Shipment of Orders
Shipping will be initiated as soon as possible after the full payment has been received. Delivery for items in stock listed as available for immediate delivery, will normally be initiated within two (2) business days upon receiving payment. In extraordinary cases with circumstances outside of Townbright’s control such as, but not limited to, delays from our transportation delays and so forth, Townbright reserves the right to initiate the delivery within 10 days of the placed order. In the unlikely event that the items are damaged or missing in transit from its suppliers, Townbright reserves the right of further delay of the delivery.
For orders that are shipped; in the unlikely event that a parcel has not reached the Customer within 21 days from the time the Customer received the e-mail notification of the order being sent, the Customer must contact Townbright, which will conduct an investigation of the shipment.
If the Customer’s package is damaged or opened upon delivery, the Customer must notify the courier/post office immediately and make a note of the damages on the delivery receipt before contacting Townbright.
If the Customer orders several items with different delivery times, the items may be delivered at the time when all items are available for delivery.
In the case where a shipment for a pre-paid order is returned to Townbright, Townbright keeps the parcel for three (3) months during which time the Customer can make claim for the parcel. Townbright will debit a fee of S$60 plus shipping costs to resend the parcel. If the parcel is unclaimed following three (3) months, Townbright reserves the right to process the ownership of the items in the parcel will accrue to Townbright.
The customer is responsible for any import costs such as, but not limited to, import taxes, import duties, import tariffs or import declarations where applicable.
Townbright does not take any responsibility for losses or damages in regards to uncollected or returned parcels.
5. Law and Disputes
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Singapore. Any action by either party which does not comply with Singaporean laws shall be deemed void.
Any dispute arising out of, or in connection with this Agreement, shall primarily be subject to mediation between the parties and if not resolved be referred to and resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator and the arbitration shall be held in the language of English.
Townbright cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in the case the Customer has acted negligently in regard to the security of the Customer’s account generally, or password or PIN code specifically.
Townbright will not be liable for any loss resulting from, but not limiting to, inaccuracies in bank details, or other incorrect Customer details supplied by the Customer. Townbright shall not be liable for any damages or losses, including direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, which the user may incur due to the use or termination of the website, or due to the fault or negligence of any entity furnishing any facilities, equipment or services used in connection with the website, or due to the failure or delays in transmission, malfunction of equipment, breakdown or failure of any telecommunications systems, software or hardware provided by any entity used to operate the website, or due to any other cause beyond the reasonable control or anticipation of Townbright.
If it is determined that Townbright is held liable to the Customer with regard to any transaction consistent to this Agreement, Townbright’s liability to the Customer in relation or due to any transaction shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer in such transaction. In no event shall Townbright be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
Townbright protects the confidentiality of its Customers. Townbright will not divulge any Customer information relating to this Agreement or otherwise to any third party unless forced to do so under Singapore law. Townbright may however disclose Customer information to its employees, agents and contractors for them to fulfill the obligations and requirements as stipulated in this Agreement.
Townbright respects the privacy of its Customers. Townbright’s practices concerning the collection, storage, processing, analysis, transfer, and/or use of the Customer’s personal information reflect Townbright’s commitment and integrity in providing efficient and reliable services. The Customer information that is gathered by Townbright is used for customer service purposes only.
All Products are covered under warranty, please refer to specific product for warranty period. Warranty type of product is carry. Warranty product will be null and void if:
- The product is damaged physically
- The product is repaired, maintained, modified, and disassembled
- Warranty product of product is limited to manufacturing defect
- Warranty product of product doesn’t cover other accessories such as strap, film, case, bracket and others such as batteries
- Warranty doesn’t cover damages caused due to God and force majeure acts
